Being in a bushland setting there can be spiders, snakes and leeches in the vicinity.
Absolutely NO SMOKING in or near the property.
Adults supervision is required for children because of nearby creek.
NO PETS allowed. Native animals such as wombats, kangaroos and echidnas are sometimes on the lawn around the house.
Being a rural property there are no rubbish bins/regular bin collection at this property so please take the rubbish with you on departure or fees may apply.
