Walk up the wide stone steps from the driveway to the 4-way Entrance Hall. Turn right into the guest bedroom wing, head upstairs into the living area then on further to the master bedroom or go directly across this space to the outdoor south-facing deck and alfresco dining area.
The home is beautifully decorated in an eclectic style which ranges from east Asian masks, to early Australian prints. The furniture is comfortable and stylish.
Bedroom and Bathroom Details:
Master Bedroom 1: enter the front door and turn left. Go up 3 steps, pass the kitchen and bathroom, then down 3 steps to the master bedroom. Spacious really large King bedroom with bedside tables and reading lights, reading lounge in nook, chest of drawers, sliding doors to deck overlooking pond, walk in wardrobe.
Guest bedroom wing: turn to the right in the front entrance area;

Bathroom 2: A further shower and toilet, with marble bench and sink are neatly fitted into a room with washing machine.

The sitting roomalso has a Fifties retro feel with comfortable and elegant furnishings. The cane chairs and large squishy sofas are designed to capture you and not let you leave A TV and DVD player sits in the corner of the room ready to pull out in case you want to break the steady, tranquil rhythm of the quiet countrylife. Heavy timber sliding doors with inset brass handles on both sides of the living room slide open onto 2 spacious outdoor decks. Fly screens make sure you are not disturbed inside.
Kitchen: The kitchen has a delightful retro feel, with hand-crafted wooden kitchen cabinets and pantry and fresh green terrazzo bench tops. Appliances include a large Bosch fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven, coffee plunger, food processor, blender, Miele Dishwasher,coffee mill, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils and serving platters. A secure recycle food waste bin sits under the kitchen bench and is for the composting wormer bin under the house.
The 2 outdoor eating terraces both have dining tables and chairs. The north-east-facing stone deck is an ideal space for yoga.

Central Heating throughout: wall-mounted water-filled radiators turn on at 5am-10am and again at 4pm-10pm.
2 large dams near the house make this property unsuitable for children less than 8 years of age.
