Dating back to 1896, Berry Red is part of Berry's original general store. And a signifant part of Berry's wonderful history. The single story Victorian terrace home has beautiful wide wooden floorboards throughout most rooms and spacious high ceilings. A small courtyard at the rear of the property provides for some outdoor dining.Visit the Local Museum to read about all the buildings of historic significance in Berry. Please note. The Sourdough Bakery is closed Monday and Tuesday.

Bedroom 2: 1 carpeted Queen bedroom with bedside tables, bedside lights, wardrobe, and door to ensuite Bathroom with bath, vanity and separate shower.

Bedroom 3: 1 carpeted bedroom with 2 single beds, bedside tables and lights, stools, chair, walk-in wardrobe. Screened French Doors open to the outdoor north facing courtyard.

Open plan living and dining room with spacious black leather sofa and ottoman, side stools, coffee table, large flatscreen TV and DVD player. The round antique dining table to seat 6 is located in front of the cosy fireplace.

Kitchen: Fully equipped so that if you don't want to take advantage of being next door to the best cafe in town, you can cook up a storm for you and your guests. Berry is firmly on the gourmet map of the South Coast of NSW. There are more than 14 cafes and restaurants plus 2 pubs within an 8 minute walk of this beautiful historic cottage. If you havent been to a regional country show, then theBerry Agricultural Show,usually on the first weekend of February, is a must see.Berry Showevents include: dairy and beef cattle, horse and trotting events, wood chopping, poultry, Angora goats, alpacas, championship dog show, animal nursery and pet show. Spinning, weaving, agricultural and horticultural exhibits, the Berry Silver Band, hay bale stacking, rodeo and the dog high-jump contest. Fireworks are the Grand Finale on Saturday night.
