Located between the beautiful township of Berry and the stunning Seven Mile Beach is Bundara Farm, a 14-acre country retreat perfect for family gatherings, intimate holidays and corporate off-sites.
Bundara Farm can accommodate up to 20 people in it’s large homestead, and an additional eight people in it's two cottages, which are approximately 50 metres from one another. The homestead is large enough for all 28 guests to socialise together.
Help yourself to the fruit in the orchard and the herbs in the garden, wander around the grounds or explore them on your mountain bike. Fish the dam, picnic in the grounds, play footy or just relax.
Get away together, but enjoy the space to spread out and experience this beautiful environment just two hours from Sydney, and less than three hours’ drive from Canberra.
The main living area is stocked with board games and books, an impressive open fireplace and a TV, which you can connect to your smart phone and stream your own movies and music with the unlimited WiFi.
There are a further two living areas, one cozy lounge area with TV and DVD, and the huge lower level which can be used for a variety of rainy day activities, including billiards and table tennis.
The kitchen is appointed to cook up a country feast for large groups with two freestanding ovens, a coffee machine, bread maker, rice cooker and slow cooker. There is also a scullery off the kitchen which has additional sinks and a second dishwasher. The dining room has plenty of space for a large party. Bundara also comes equipped with a barbeque and large outdoor table.
Of the four bedrooms on the upper level, two have queen beds and two have three single beds. There are an additional four single beds that can be put into any of the bedrooms, and a further three sets of bunks on the lower level.
The house is equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning and the laundry has a washing machine and dryer.
Overlooking the farm, trees and mountains that surround Berry township is a verandah where you can enjoy the outlook and unwind.
Each of the cottages has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One is set up with two queen beds, and the other has a queen and two singles. Both have kitchens, open plan lounge and dining areas, log fires, air conditioners and private verandahs.
This is a very peaceful, relaxing location also enjoyed by our neighbours, and as such, the property is not available for bucks or hens parties, schoolies, 21st birthdays, wedding receptions or other large functions.
“The best birthday ever!!! Lots and lots of laughter and fun on your lovely holiday property. A real treat for me and great bonding for the family especially the grandchildren who can go for months and months without contact. I will certainly recommend Bundara Farm to friends.” Margaret, October 2016

“We had a group of 18 staying at Bundara Farm and found the property perfect for a big group. Every bedroom was a good size and made up beautifully. The property is stunning and we were lucky enough to enjoy stunning winter weather where we could sit out under the stars next to the outdoor fire pit. I would highly recommend this property to any large groups or families. Anna was very nice and easy to deal with and made the organising pain free!” Ben, July 2016
“I wanted to say we loved the house and the big open fire was something we particularly relished which we certainly don’t get here in Sydney. Despite the poor weather we have had a really good time and love the property.” Kathy, June 2016

“Just a note to say thank you so much for lending us your farm this weekend. We all had such a great time. You have done a great job and it is so comfortable, well-stocked and tastefully decorated. We are also grateful that you alerted us to the new bunk beds as this was the perfect space for the teens, just far away that we didn’t have to hear them (!) but close enough that they were still part of the group.” Holly, March 2016
“Perfect location for a family or friends getaway. We stayed at Bundara, and it’s adjoining cottages, as a large group of friends (24) attending a wedding in the area. The house and cottages were all clean, fresh linen and homely. The kitchen was spotless, with plenty of space for preparing meals for a large group and a fabulous dining table also. Many living spaces to cater for all and a good variety of in-house entertainment options if required… board games, large genre of books, table tennis, television. I would definitely recommend Bundara Homestead for a large group of friends or families.” Danni, March 2016
“Thanks for everything. The place was perfect and we all had a great time.” Michael, March 2016

"THANK YOU!! Bundara was perfect for our staff retreat. It was so comfortable and suited us all for what we needed it to be, but it had a lovely touch of luxury with the beautiful interior decorating. Having WiFi was fabulous as we needed to do planning for 2016 and having internet was great. I’ll be in contact to book again next year. Thank you again." Wendy, November 2015
"It was a wonderful place to stay – the property was secluded and the house (and its furnishings) were amazing. It has been extremely well decorated and was comfortable with a touch of luxury. We loved it!" Nicole, October 2015
"I just wanted to let you know that we had an absolutely wonderful weekend at Bundara. The house and cottages were just perfect for our group of 17 ladies. In fact, it was so perfect, we cancelled our restaurant booking on Saturday night and ordered Thai, so that we could eat together in the house!
We have had many trips away together, and many of the ladies said this was one of the best places we have ever stayed at." Renee, October 2015
“All four families absolutely loved it. I am extremely fussy about cleanliness and I was really happy! I love your taste in decor!” Lisa, September 2015
“We had an amazing weekend at Bundara Homestead. We were a group of 12 women and loved sitting in front of the open fire, or sitting out on the deck in the sun with a cuppa enjoying the serenity.
The house was very clean and the bed linen and towels were beautiful. The electric blankets made for a warm nights sleep on comfortable beds. There was every type of coffee maker – coffee machine for beans with grinder, capsule coffee machine and plunger.
There was plenty of space in this large homestead for us all to dine together and socialize without being on top of each other. Anna was very helpful and easy to communicate with.” Sarae, August 2015
“I just wanted to send you a quick note to say how great your house is. Everyone loved it and said it was by far the best house we have ever stayed in for a weekend away.
The rooms were so large! And the fireplace was amazing. We had an absolute ball.
It is so well situated for so many activities – the boys enjoyed surfing and fishing and we loved chilling out at the wooden table in the garden. We will be recommending your lovely house to all our friends. Thanks again.” Susi, August 2015
“I have a weekend-away test which goes something like this. Is the place within two hours drive of Sydney? Does it have views? Is there a sense of seclusion? Can you find a decent cup of coffee or a bottle shop nearby? Are there long walks to be had along emerald meadows or white beaches? Could the kids get so absorbed by where they are that the notion of reading more than 10 pages of a book is no longer a silly fantasy? Would this be a good venue for a combined families weekend? Could you ever imagine living here? If the answer to all the above is yes, then you pass my weekend-away test – which Bundara Farm does with flying colours…” David Leser, Sydney Morning Herald – Good Weekend Magazine
