This open plan, single story newly refurbished home consists of four ensuited bedrooms, separate powder room and study. The house is built around a courtyard with BBQ and pizza oven, and offers amazing views from the kitchen / living area over the paddocks and escarpment. House also consists of kitchen with double wolf ovens, 2 warming drawers, 2 dishwashers, dining for 14, and 2 separate living rooms, both with TVs. The house has sonos speakers inside & out, 3 TVs plus an extra TV in the cottage, foxtel and is connected to Wifi via satellite NBN. There are also 2 laundries 1 off the double garage that acts as a mud room.

The Cottage is a one minute walk from the main house, adjacent to the tennis court with night lights. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, pool table and large TV. There is a small fully equipped kitchen and island bench with seating for 6, and a second outdoor BBQ.

Outdoors - 95 acres of manicured grounds surround this property. There are about 40 head of cattle on the property in fully fenced paddocks. The twenty metre swimming pool is solar heated, and has a day bed to lounge around and read your favourite book on. The internal courtyard has speakers, pizza oven, BBQ and the coffee table converts to a fire pit. All this, adjacent to the kitchen is the perfect spot to entertain especially during Winter.
Heating and cooling – House has reverse cycle a/c throughout. Fans in all bedrooms. Fireplace in main living room. Separate cottage has ceiling fans throughout.
Linen – All linen supplied.
Parking –Double lock up garage plus parking behind garage or in front of pool for multiple cars.
Pets - Sorry, but pets are not allowed at this property.
Minimum stay -There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January. School holidays – preference is for minimum 4 night stays.
Internet/WIFI access -This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be available at the property. Please note however that we cannot guarantee 100 that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if it is problematic. If this is essential, please have a back up plan.
Please note - The Cottage is not booked separately. It is used as an overflow for guests who have booked the Main House and need to accommodate further guests. The price of the cottage is included in the price of the main house.
Water – Please be mindful when using water. This property operates off a very large water tank as the house in not connected to mains water, so long showers can lead to water shortages. Extra water can be bought in at an additional expense, but this often takes a bit of time to organise. We have many people stay frequently and have never run out so this will only happen if people are excessive in their use.
Cleaner - We can arrange a mid stay clean at an additional charge.
Child Policy - This property is not suitable for Under 5 year olds.
Please note - A minimum refundable security of $3000 per booking is required. It is only accessed in the unlikely event of the need to rectify or replace items at the property, and will be used to cover all additional charges incurred. This will be only drawn upon if specified conditions are breached or charges are incurred.
