Borrowdale - expansive views of the escarpment

'Borrowdale' is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the township of Berry and 10 minutes from Seven Mile Beach. The two-bedroom cottage, surrounded by 25 acres of farmland, is perched high on Moeyan Hill and combines great privacy with an open outlook to the north and east. It has expansive views of the escarpment north to Saddleback Mountain, and of rural countryside stretching east to Gerroa and the sea.

The cosy ex-farm manager's cottage has been restored and renovated recently, and contains two bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each, two bathrooms, and spacious living areas. The living areas and bedrooms open onto a wrap-around verandah which overlooks the pretty garden and lawns. If you feel energetic, 'Borrowdale' is ideal as a base for exploring the area and going on walks, surfing, playing golf etc; but if you feel like relaxing then it is also a great place to sit and read or play boules in the garden. It will suit 2 couples or a small family.
