Berry Beach Holiday Cottage is a delightful and romantic 2 storey sandstone cottage, a touch of Provence on the South Coast, set on 3 acres with stunning views over farmland, dams and the escarpment, arguably one of the nicest aspects in this area.
It is just 1 km to Seven Mile Beach and just 6 km's back into the historic Berry.
It is built of local Bundanoon sandstone and set amongst lavender and rose gardens. You can enjoy the grounds, have a glass of wine in the lovely cabana or just sit in the grass garden to contemplate the sky and trees reflected in the dam.
It is perfect for 2 couples or a family and will appeal to those who appreciate quality and all the extra little touches. It's incredibly cosy, warm in winter and cool in summer, it's ideal for a weekend getaway or that week-long stay.
A highlight is the 60 m2 private sandstone courtyard complete with French provincial table, 8 iron chairs and a built in BBQ. It is shaded by a gorgeous London planetree and is just ideal for alfresco dining or entertaining friends.
The outdoor 'bali style' shower is a treat after a swim at the beach; or it is just nice to enjoy the experience.

"We expected a lovely weekend away and all our expectations were exceeded many fold.
Thank you for providing a quality and luxurious home away from home. We all hope to come back one day. "
I just wanted to give some feedback on our stay at Berry Beach Holiday Cottage.
The property was absolutely beautiful We had such a nice time and enjoyed every minute of our child free break The house had such a warm & cozy feel about it and the owners did such a nice job with the little touches - fresh flowers around the place, beautiful amenities in the bathroom and also that fact that the kitchen was properly stocked with every type of utensil you would need to cook a meal, and even cling wrap so we could take our leftovers home. I know it sounds trivial but it was the little things that made a difference to our stay. Our favourite part was the cabana by the little lake. Sitting outside on the Friday afternoon, sheltered from the wind, eating cheese and wine whilst watching the sun go down was heaven
Thanks for understanding exactly what I was after and delivering it : We can't wait to go back again.
