Configuration - Hill End is a single storey home split into a main area, west wing and east wing. The main living and family area opens up to the pool terrace and flows through to the kitchen and games area. In this space is a modular leather sofa to seat five, a large wood fireplace, a formal dining area with white leather chairs seating12, and a full-sized billiard table with bar stools.
A casual dining area to seat sixflows into a fully-equipped kitchen.The kitchen has a stainless steel sixburner gas hob and extractor, stainless steel electric wall oven, stainless steel fridge and dishwasher, food preparation bar, microwave andcoffee machine.
The west wing has a relaxed living space with another wood fireplace, fiveseater sofa facing, and large flat screen TV with DVD, iPod andsound system. There is also a kitchenette area with twoburner gas hob, microwave, bar fridge, sink and dining area for sixpeople. Flowing on from the living area is the master bedroom with king bed, views across the pool terrace, and walk in dressing room that leads to an ensuite with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and heated towel rails. Bedroom Twois also located in the west wing and has a double bed with rural views. A mud room and laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities are also located in this wing.
In the east wing of the house are the rest of the bedrooms, and another bathroom.Bedroom Threehas a king bed with ensuite bathroom, Bedroom Fourhas a double bedwith built-in wardrobe, Bedroom Fiveis a bunk bedroom with foursingle built-in bunk beds. This room opens onto the pool terrace. There is also a spa bathroom with walk-in shower and asingle person spa bath with 12 jets.
Outdoors - There are 50 acres of gardens that surround Hill End.The pool terrace is an outdoor paved area, ideal space for entertaining and relaxing. The main feature is a 25m saltwater lap pool. Next to the pool is an outdoor setting to seat 12 and a gas BBQ. There is also an ornamental raised fish pond with grate cover.
Heating and cooling - Hill End has two fireplaces to keep you warm in winter and ceiling fans to keep you cool in summer.
Linen - Pillows, blankets, doonas, luxurylinen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking -There is off street, open air parking for fivecars on the driveway.

Minimum stay -There is a minimum twonight stay for all bookings, which changes to threenights on long weekends, fournights at Easter and sevennight blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WIFI access -This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner canguarantee 100 that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
Please note -
As you depart the property on a Sunday with a late 4pm checkout, the caretakers may arrive in the afternoon to attend to the gardens and / or the cattle on the property. They will respect your privacy, but please be aware of this possibility.
Weddings -This luxury property is also available for hire as a venue for your wedding reception, ceremony, renewal of vows or special occasion, catering for up to 100 guests. The avenue lined with Kaffir Plum Trees and resembling the aisle of a church, leads down into the property, making a wonderful entrance for the bride and her bridesmaids.
