Rosella House - Figlea Cottages - Rural Retreat

Rosella House is beautiful country cladded house with a large wooden wrap around veranda to take in all aspects of the lush rolling hills and the local cows grazing.

The property consists of 2 bedrooms all with built in robes. Master suite has reverse cycle air-conditioning, ensuite all with rural views. There is a separate TV room with queen sofa bed, large fat screen TV and a large main bathroom with corner bath.

You can cook up a storm in Rosellas fully-equipped country kitchen with 6 gas burner stovetop/oven and walk in pantry, relax in the separate lounge room with high pitched ceilings and wooden fire place that all opens out to the back veranda and its scenic views.

There is a large covered entertaining area off from the dining/kitchen with an outdoor setting that sits 6. Simply kick back on the outdoor lounges enjoying the country breezes and the beautiful wild life.

We supply all linen to the house. Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated at Rosella House.

There are 3 separate and totally private cottages and a 1 house all from a distance from one another that sits on a total of 20 acres with magnificent landscape views.

The cottages and the house are only a 6 minute drive 3.7klm from Berry Township, not far from their local cafs, restaurants, pubs and boutique shops. But far away enough to still have the rural farm stay you are looking for.

Figlea Cottages can be booked separately or booked together which then can accommodate a total of 15 Guests.

Directions to the property and Key/Access details will be emailed to the guest at 4pm two days prior to arrival

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests this includes day visitors above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am

Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks

This property is NOT pet friendly

To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort
