Description

Take in the east-facing sea views from the upper level - located directly across from North Broulee beach and access beach through a 50m wide beachfront reserve. Enjoy walks along the beach, south and around the beautiful Broulee Island or north to picturesque Candlagan Creek. This exquisitiely beautiful area is not only renowned for its magnificent beaches, but also for its abundant sea life and underwater beauty.

Soak up casual beachside living in this modern 3 bedroom townhouse. Fall asleep and wake up with the sound of surf. Enjoy a glass of wine watching the sunset, or coffee watching the sunrise.

The upper level contains living, dining and kitchen areas, main bedroom, bathroom, front balcony and a large screened back deck. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, 2nd bathroom and separate laundry are downstairs.

Relax in the spacious back yard and garden, or look over it from the upstairs deck.

Enjoy preparing your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or cook a BBQ and dine on the screened back deck. Local cafes and restaurants will also entice you.

Bedding configuration: 2 x Queen size and 2 x Single size beds. All beds have: Doonas, cotton blankets and pillows.

Please note: Whilst there is ample off street parking, the garage is not available.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Escape! Our family had a fantastic time at the Broulee Beachcomber Escape. The property was very comfortable, clean and homely and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The location of the house is a hit - close to the beach and also to a new cafe and a surf school! Our stay there was all we could have wished for, except we would have loved to stay longer! We left very relaxed, so thank you David for letting us stay in your beautiful house!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Has everything We would definitely return to this property. Located directly opposite the beach, the property is very clean, tidy and well equipped. Having several seperate areas in the house to relax (the living area, balcony, outside deck, and lovely back yard) it's the perfect retreat for couples and/or families alike. David was very easy to communicate with and answered all queries promptly.

The location is fantastic near a new cafe and, surf school and a very short stroll to the beach. David, the owner, was very helpful and thoughtful and made the stay even better. I would highly recommend this property and will certainly look at booking again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely beach and great house We had a great stay at Broulee Beachcomber. The house is well equipped and we had everything we needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The location is perfect with access to both north and south Broulee beaches and great for a walk around the island. Owner is excellent to deal with.
