Situated on a large double block on corner of Candalgan Drive and Leaf Street in Broulee, 80 metres from North Broulee Beach and the lagoon at Candalagan Creek.
North Broulee Beach is a one kilometre stretch of sand with Broulee Island in the background. It offers great swimming, surfing and fishing all year round. The breakers off Pink Rocks at Broulee Island attract many surfers.
The lagoon at Candalgan Creek is a safe and protected area for small children to swim and play with adult supervision.
Lowood - the house
A beach cottage comprising two buildings and a carport joined by a large, north facing deck, suitable for outdoor entertaining with abundant seating, two tables, a big sun umbrella, and a gas BBQ.
The block provides plenty of parking space.
The main wing has a well-equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area as well as a bathroom/laundry which can be accessed from the outside.
The bedroom wing has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, electric blanket and good storage space, the other with a double bunk and a single bed, wardrobe and a large dressing table with plenty of drawers to store clothes.
The house offers a wonderfully relaxed lifestyle close to the beach in park like surrounds. Single groups are not accepted. Minimum stay of two nights.
What to bring to Lowood
All you need to bring is linen (sheets and pillowcases), towels, bathmat, tea towels and toiletries.
