Located between Thirroul and Woonona with the most amazing views and immediate beach access. This property is all about beach side living. The WHOLE house is also available for rent at 1150 per night plus departures clean of 220. This provides an additional 2 bedrooms one with queen the other a double bed , another bathroom with 1.8 m bath, office, laundry and a large lounge/ rumpus room with fold out double sofa bed. Air conditioning downstairs only. Back yard can be secured for small children.

The beach is patrolled in summer with flags located 200 meters to the north for safe swimming and a fifty meter pool south at Bulli beach. Fishing, cycling, walks, whale watching from the balcony when migrating, dolphins cruising the beach. Check out the locals kite surfing out the front when windy or just relax with a drink, its up to you. Get up early and watch the sun come up over the ocean for an amazing sunrise or have breakfast at the breakfast bar or balcony and watch the joggers go by. Maybe just lie in bed and watch the sun rise over the ocean then hit the beach for an early swim or walk on one of the safest beaches on the east coast. We have some awesome surf breaks including Sandon point, Peggy's and various beach breaks. The cycleway/walkway is immediately out the front and is a fairly level to Wollongong and further. A massive mowed soccer/park is just steps away for those cricket,soccer or outdoor games. Three coffee/restaurants are within a few minutes walk. Woonona to the south and Thirroul to the north having some fine eateries. A small shopping complex including Woolworth's is just up the road for all your supplies as only minimal items supplied. To the west is the Illawarra escarpment with a variety of walking trails to explore. Other attractions include: Seacliff bridge, Symbio wild life park, Illawarra fly, Wollongong City10 minutes away, Golf courses, Royal National Park, hang gliding at Bald hill, Sky dive the beach. Deep sea fishing, Sunday forages market at Bulli Greyhound track.Easy day trips to Sydney, Kiama and the Southern highlands. Train station just up the road for day trips, and those travelling by rail. Bus service runs outside house.

Two under cover balconies with awesome views of the beach, ocean and escarpment and a rear undercover BBQ. There is private access front and rear by stairs. Outside shower when you come from the beach to wash off. Linen and bath towels provided to linen cupboard only Beach towels 5.00 extra per towel. Guests must make up their own beds to their satisfaction. Outdoor dining setting for six is on the front balcony off the master bedroom for an amazing experience.
The home is separated into upstairs and downstairs where the owner resides downstairs periodicallyThe whole house is available to be leased by arrangement with the owner absent. An Additional SIX guests can be accommodated downstairs which is ideal for two families making 14 guests in beds sharing,, please contact for pricing etc. Off street parking for one car and motorcycles at rear for security, a side street close by for all other vehicles. If whole house leased there is more onsite parking available
There is no air conditioning upstairs as the sea breeze is all that is needed. Free standing and some ceiling fans provided.
This is a quiet neighbourhood so please respect the area.
