The studio is ideal for 2 people with open-plan living with kitchen, bedroom (Queen size bed) with ensuite, lounge and dining facilities. There is a large deck with electric bbq facilities and a comfy lounge overlooking Burrill Lake where you can enjoy the lake breezes and peaceful views of distant mountains and magnificent sunsets.

Pet Friendly - except there are no fences. Little dogs can stay inside (tiled floors) I also mind dogs when owners want to explore the many National Parks (no dogs allowed) for a small fee.
This lovely Studio is walking distance to local shops with groceries, news agency, cafes, bottle shop and a fish n chip shop. It is also within walking distance of the beach, lake and only a 5 minute drive from Ulladulla and 10 minutes to Mollymook. Historic Milton is also a short drive away. Shallow Crossing is a great swimming spot in the middle of Morton National Park and Batemans Bay is a short 30 minute drive and Canberra is 2-1/2 hours.
There is also a putt putt golf course available over the bridge. Burrill Lake offers boating, fishing, sailing, windsurfing, ten-pin bowling alley, swimming and seasonal prawning. There are golf courses and lawn bowls nearby and award winning restaurants and clubs provide a courtesy bus door to door.
