On the left side of the house there are 4 bedrooms; the first with a queen bed, and a built-in wardrobe, the second with 2 single beds and trundle bed, the third with a queen bedroom with wall mounted TV and walk through wardrobe to ensuite, the fourth with a huge king bed, sliding door to the deck and view of the water. Providence has 3 bathrooms, one main bathroom with large shower, and bath, separate vanity and separate toilet, one ensuite to the queen bedroom and one off the main living area with shower, toilet, vanity, washing machine and dryer. The third bathroom has direct access to the garage, great for when you have just come back from the beach.
In the middle of the house is the huge modern kitchen that will delight your inner gourmet chef, with stylish black appliances, 6 burner smeg oven, rainforest feature splash back, integrated fridge and dishwasher, self-closing drawers, and wrap around bench with 6 stools, perfect for entertaining while cooking up a storm The kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso coffee machine and ample crockery, glasses, cutlery, and pots and pans.
The kitchen opens to a combined dining/living area with timber decking flooring giving it that outdoorsy feel and sky lights letting in natural light.
The dining area has a beautiful mango wood table to seat 10, and the living space features a wall mounted flat screen TV, dart board, a 3-seater lounge, and two 1 seater lounge chairs.
All this is complimented with beautiful views over the water through the glass sliding doors.
Off the kitchen is a TV/movie room with a modular sofa to seat 7, wing back arm chair and a smart flat screen TV equipped with sound bar and Netflix, and on the other side of this is the garage which has been converted to a games room with pool table/air hockey table.
On the right side of the house are 2 more bedrooms, and the third bathroom. There is one room with double bed and single bed, bedside tables, lamps and wardrobe and another room with queen bed, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe, arm chair and the best view of the lake
Outdoors - Direct access to the lake for all kinds of water sports and swimming Just like having your own private beach.
Step outside the back door and walk a few steps to the waters edge. You can park your boat out the back and launch your water ski off the lawn There is a grassed area for the kids and entertaining deck for the adults with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. A fully fenced 9 x 3 m in ground pool overlooks the lake and there is an outdoor shower conveniently located nearby
Providence also provides 2 cruiser style bikes and a windsurfer for guests use.
Heating and cooling Providence has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning throughout, and provides oil heaters in all the bedrooms for the cooler months.
Linen -Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for 4 cars on the driveway. The garage is not available as it has been converted to a games room.

Minimum stay - There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/ Wi-Fi access - This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that we or the owner cannot guarantee 100 that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
