Configuration - Callala Sails is a two story townhouse with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This townhouse is one of six in a delightful, leafy, natural complex surrounded by trees. It adjoins another townhouse with the garage being the common wall.
Upstairs is the main bedroom with queen bed, large wardrobe, flat screen TV, private balcony and water views. The ensuite to the main bedroom has a shower over bath, vanity, toilet, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
The second bedroom is located downstairs and has two single beds, and bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet and toiletries.
The kitchen is well equipped with kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, stick mixer, electric mixer, French pancake maker, coffee machine, large electric frypan, bench top convection oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and range of drinking glasses, crockery etc.
The living/dining areas has a dining table and six dining chairs, sofa, rocking chair, flat screen TV, DVD player, large selection of home movies, IPod dock with radio and CD player.
There is also a laundry with top loading washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors - The outdoor area with a patio and small courtyard has direct access to beach via a private track 50 metres away. There is also a gas BBQ, outdoor shower and furniture.
Heating and cooling - There is air conditioning in the main bedroom, heaters and fans are also provided.
Linen -Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking - There is garage parking for one car and extra visitor parking on left side of garage The remote control is kept on the kitchen bench.
Pets - Callala Sails is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
A pet surcharge of $50 applies
Small dogs only
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
The small courtyard is fully fenced
The fence is just under 1m high
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
Minimum stay -There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access -Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay
