Grandview Callala Beach is a newly renovated 3 bedroom apartment with spacious proportions. The apartment overlooks the beautiful crystal waters of Jervis Bay with floor to ceiling windows, or open the sliding doors to enjoy the balcony and the beautiful sea breezes. The apartment is open plan and has views from the kitchen, lounge and dining and master bedroom areas. The beach track is located across the road, allowing for easy access to the white sands of Callala Beach.
The apartment boasts an entertainers kitchen, featuring a 90cm Smeg oven, ceramic cooktop, 40mm stone benchtops with large breakfast bar. It offers all cutlery, crockery, glassware, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle. The dining table offers modern, comfortable seating for 8.
The living area has a large modular lounge, comfortable for taking in the bay views, or also watching the 50" TV. There is also a DVD player with movies, speakers with docking station, board games, puzzles and cards. There is a modern, efficient split system air conditioner, along with fans to the bedrooms for additional cooling.
The balcony has an outdoor setting and is the perfect place to sit with a drink in hand and listen to the waves or cook up a storm on the BBQ.
The main bedroom features a Queen size bed, an ensuite with spa bath, and sliding robes with built in TV. It offers a picturesque view of the water, with floor to ceiling windows and sliding door onto the balcony.
The second bedroom features a Queen size bed, entertainment unit with TV, sliding robes, and floor to ceiling window with sliding door out onto a small terrace.
Bedroom 3 offers 2 sets of bunk beds 4 single beds and sliding robes. All bedrooms feature floating flooring and all bathrooms and living areas are fully tiled. There is no carpet. The apartment is perfectly set up to cater for 2 families, or 2 couples.
The ultra-modern main bathroom offers a full size, extra deep bath with a separate shower, toilet and vanity.
The apartment has a well equipped laundry with modern washing machine, tub, iron and ironing board and opens onto the terrace.
The apartment is centrally located, and offers secure underground parking for 2 cars, as well as additional visitor parking and street parking.
Please note there is a minimum 2 night stay during off peak season and minimum 7 night stay during summer peak season. During the summer peak period there may be a check in time of 3pm to allow for cleaning time between bookings.
At Grandview we provide 2 pillows per head on queen beds and 1 pillow per head on single beds. We also supply quilts. We do not supply linen or towels.
Tea towels are supplied in the kitchen.
Grandview Callala Beach is located approx. 2.5 hours from Sydney and 20 mins from Nowra. Large grocery stores are offered at Nowra, there is a Woolworths at Culburra Beach 15 mins, or you can shop at the friendly IGA store in Callala Bay 5 mins. Callala Bay also offers a hardware, pharmacy, butcher, café and bakery.
Callala Beach is the perfect place for day trips to Berry, Kangaroo Valley, Nowra wildlife park, Huskisson or St Georges Basin. You may also want to discover Myola 5 mins located on the Currambene Creek. The creek offers great swimming, a boat ramp, and Huskisson is just across on the other side 2 mins by boat. A boat ramp is also located at Callala Bay.
Downstairs from the apartment there is a Café with paddle ski hire, fish and chip shop, Italian restaurant, and the kids park is located across the road with local kangaroos
