Description

The Little Ripper - Holiday Rental Accommodation

Welcome to The Little Ripper, pet and child friendly holiday rental accommodation at Callala Beach nested at Jervis Bay on the South Coast of NSW. The Little Ripper holiday home's tranquil and relaxing environment makes it the perfect holiday location for families or week-enders to enjoy.

This popular holiday home is a comfortable pet friendly two bedroom house which is all about comfort and location with only a one minute walk to Callala Beach's long stretch of unspoilt sheltered white sands and clear waters, which provides safe swimming and excellent fishing or you can simply relax in The Little Ripper and listen to the rhythmic sound of ocean waves.

The well equipped renovated house is ideal for a weekend beach getaway or a relaxing rejuvenating break. Suited to a family with two or three children, families, couples or group of friends alike. The house is tastefully furnished and sleeps up to five people.

The neighbourhood surrounding The Little Ripper is so quiet that you may forget there are other homes close by; at times you may even have the beach to yourself. Down the road there is a takeaway cafe and an Italian restaurant. Further along there is the friendly Callala RSL which offers lawn bowls, an 18 hole golf course, and a beachside bistro with great pub grub. There’s also a courtesy bus.

At the southern end of Callala Beach is Myola village where you can get the Husky Ferry to Huskisson, a great place to visit for its cafés, restaurants, pub, boutiques and much more. Please note the ferry may not always operate during winter but can do so for sunset cruises and special bookings.

Callala Beach

Callala Beach, backs onto the Callala Beach reserve which has bbq areas and sheltered picnic tables.

Myola is at the southern end of Callala Beach, a quiet, one-street village where you can get the Husky Ferry to Huskisson, a great place to visit for its cafés, restaurants, pub, boutiques and much more. Please note the ferry may not always operate during winter but can do so for sunset cruises and special bookings.

where the road ends in Myola is Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot, filled with bream and flathead, and surrounded by beautiful bushland. You can even hire a boat from the nearby Woollamia boat ramp and explore the creek.

Callala Bay is just north of Callala Beach. Quiet and secluded, this pretty bay is a haven for dolphins and holidaymakers, with pristine white sandy beaches, crystal blue waters and stunning natural coastline. There is excellent sailing from Callala Bay, and a regional boat ramp and jetty provide easy access to the water. There is also a sailing club and a small set of shops

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fantastic location Our family of four and our dog stayed here for a week in summer. The location was perfect. Callala Beach and neighbouring Callala Bay & Myola are so beautiful. The house is perfectly positioned literally moments from the beach. It reminded me of the beach shacks that used to dot the coastline around Jervis Bay before the luxurious beach houses were built in their place. It is basic but overall it was clean, tidy and comfortable for a family of four. Our only complaint was that there was no linen or towels. It would have been good to know this in advance of our stay. Luckily relatives living close by delivered clean sheets and towels. Overall we had a terrific time here. The kids especially enjoyed their ferry trip from Myola to Husy for the fair and watching the fireworks from the beach of NYE.
