DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF OUR FACILITIES
Living Room: L shaped living area having oversized windows allowing oodles of natural light in. Features a split system air conditioner and a 50" Smart TV with a wide choice of movies on an external HD. Further, there is an assortment of board games. There is a comfy Hemnes day bed where you can chill or read a novel or enjoy some shut eye and recharge your energy. Sleeps 1.
ALL linen and towels are supplied based on the number of guests advised.
Bedroom 1: features a comfy queen bed and has a built-in wardrobe. Pedestal fan and Oil fin heater provided. Sleeps 2. Port-a-cot for babies.
Bedroom 2: features a comfy double bed and has views of the huge grassed garden. Cupboard drawers for clothes. Pedestal fan and Oil fin heater provided. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 3: features TWO sets of bunk beds. Built-in wardrobe, pedestal fan and Oil fin heater provided. Port-a-cot for babies. Sleeps 4.
Kitchen: modern stone bench kitchen. Pod Coffee machine with choice of pods, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery, and cooking utensils.
Main bathroom: Combined shower and bath. Separate toilet adjacent to laundry to cater for the toilet rush of a morning.
Dining: located in the dining room adjoining the kitchen, features a timber dining table with seating for 6. A second TV - a 32" TV is mounted on the wall in the dining area. A high chair for babies.
Laundry: washing machine, iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mops, brushes & detergents.
Outside: Huge covered outdoor pergola area and BeefEater BBQ facilities. Enormous backyard, Entirely fenced please be informed that loop fence fronting the street is around 1.2m high therefore large dogs and dogs with the ability to jump must be continually monitored. Timber outdoor table with seating for 6. Outdoor shower to wash your sandy toes and more.
Parking: Capacity to park 3 cars on the property as well as a boat/ jet ski.
