The Dutcha is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family and friends. The house is modern, spacious and comfortable,it can easily accommodate 2 families.
The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Three bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds and the fourth bedroom, has two sets of single bunks - all have built-in robes.
There is a large open plan fully functional kitchen/ dining / family room which is great for entertaining. This area leads out onto a private deck with Gas BBQ and outdoor setting. This is also a great spot in summer or winter for a quiet drink with friends or just lazing and reading a good book. The kitchen is spacious with gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher and large refrigerator with ice and large freezer
The Dutcha is equipped with free WiFi within the house.
An external shower is also provided to wash away the salt and sand on your return from the beach.
Just down the road from The Dutcha is the community indoor heated pool, available to guests staying within the Benton Sands Estate, if the weather isn't great for the beach, make use of this great indoor facility.
The tranquil bush setting and pretty Callala Beach a mere 3-5 minute stroll away is the ideal setting for a great holiday - something for everyone You can chill on the back deck with a book, walk or jog along the beach, go for a swim or snorkel. If you want something more challenging, there are many options such as kayaking, wind or kite surfing, stand up paddle boarding or yachting.
The large garage will accommodate 2 cars. Take the cars out of the garage and set up the table tennis equipment provided. Challenge family and friends to matches to fill in your day, there is also a TV in this area for those who want to watch sport while also playing it and lounge.
The Dutcha has 3 TVs, DVD player and many movies to choose from, free WiFi, dishwasher, easy access to the community indoor pool and more.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
Directions to the property and Key/Access details will be emailed to the guest at 4pm two days prior to arrival.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests this includes day visitors above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
This property is NOT pet friendly.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
WiFi is not guaranteed. This is a service offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge for this service we will attempt to fix issues as they arise but cannot be held accountable.
For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
