Downstairs promotes a huge living and dining area which has a TV, DVD, Blue Ray player, Foxtel, games and DVDs. The gas fireplace will warm you through winter as you relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings that are on offer. The reverse-cycle air-conditioning keeping you cool on those hot summer days. Bedroom five is located on this level with Queen Bed and ensuite access to the two-way bathroom with shower and toilet. The property also has a laundry with combined washer / dryer and an enjoyable outdoor area with hooded gas BBQ and outdoor seating, just off the dining area. The yard is fully fenced and secure for young children.

Upstairs at Sandlewood Breeze are four bedrooms, the main with an ensuite and large sun deck with shade cover. Three of the bedrooms have ceiling fans to ensure your comfort in the warmer months. There is a spa bath in the main bathroom upstairs, lay back and relax after a long day on the beach or exploring the area. This bathroom also has shower and toilet.
Just down the road from Sandlewood Breeze is the community indoor heated pool, available to guests staying within the Benton Sands Estate, if the weather isn't great, make use of this great indoor facility.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests this includes day visitors above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.Â
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.Â
Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks or any illegal activities.Â Â
