Design

number109 has been designed to accommodate larger groups while still being welcoming and comfortable for smaller groups. With 5 bedrooms, a large lounge, separate dining and three covered decks, number109 is ideal for mature groups of 8-10 adults and for family parties with up to 13 people in total

Pet and child friendly

number109 is pet and child friendly fully fenced. The block almost 1000sqm is one of the largest in the area.

No surprise, then, that number109 is perhaps the busiest holiday rental in beautiful Callala Beach. In 2015, we welcomed hundreds of guests on a record 170 nights, so we know what we are doing We are proud of our 5 star guest feedback and our ever-growing band of regulars. We recognise that your visit is important to you and work hard to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible and exceeds your expectations.

Please note that due to Stayz and NSW Tourism policies we are not meant to accept groups of more than 10 adults.

number109 was extensively modernised in late 2010, and further improvements are made each year.

A beautiful 40sqm L-shaped deck connects to the lounge room, bringing light and cool breezes into the house. A separate cooking hut sits nearby with a great stainless steel 5 burner BBQ and prep bench.

The house boasts 5 very spacious bedrooms, three at the front and two more overlooking the garden. This enables excellent separation of adults and children if desired All bedrooms have timber floors and all living areas are tiled. Ideal for asthma sufferers.

The two bathrooms are modern, both with showers. The large master bathroom also boasts a lovely antique claw foot bath while the smaller bathroom has a shower to die for There is also an outdoor shower to hose off under when returning from the beach.

Although the beach and local playground are only a few minutes walk, for those stay-at-home days, we have a fantastic kids cubby house, sandpit, trampoline and play area at the foot of the garden.

Please consider our long weekend special, as follows:

Stay for the weekend and enjoy one extra night for only $100 It doesn't matter whether the extra night is Thursday or Sunday subject to availability of course. This is a fantastic way to get some real value into a three day break and think of the other advantages:

a.You'll get to travel home free of the usual weekend traffic

b. There's a greater likelihood that we can offer late check outs and/or early check ins too, to extend your stay even longer

c. You'll go home at least 50 more relaxed thanks to the extra day away

Please note the above offer does not apply during peak season because the minimum stay during summer is four nights

Number109 is a great holiday house, easy distance from Sydney, everything you need, well considered and Paul is great to deal with. Distance to the beach is perfect, plenty of kangaroos, RSL is close, great for kids. Everything you need for a relaxing beach holiday. (Jan 2016) Thanks Paul!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great place to stay! We stayed over Xmas 2015 with 3 other families and had a great time. House is well set up for groups with big outdoor area and well stocked kitchen. Bed layout also lends itself well to mixture of members in family. Location about 5 mins walk to beach is also good. Would recommend number 109 for a great stay.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lovely family holiday The house was great for our extended family holiday. The beach is a short walk and great for the kids. Plenty of space for everyone and a lovely backyard. Owners were very friendly and made it easy to organise everything.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great holiday house and location This house was a wonderful place to stay with our extended family of six adults and four children. It had plenty of room for us all and the children loved the outdoor space in the fenced backyard. The owner was very helpful and patient about a mix up with bank accounts when returning the bond. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of Aussie red on arrival. We would happily return and highly recommend it to other families.
