We think our holiday house is in the perfect location.

- Only a 650 meter flat walk to the Catalina Golf Club.

- 3 Minutes drive to the boat ramp/break wall if you fancy dropping in a line.

- 3 Minutes drive to Corrigans beach.

- 3 km Drive into the heart of Batemans Bay to the main shops.

-About our holiday house-

We have really paid attention to detail. We have all of the little and big things that we think you would like when you stay at our house. Pretty much all of the stuff we like to have to be comfy when we are there.

From plenty of wine glasses, platters for snacks, plasticware for the kids, toasted sandwich maker for those lazy afternoons after you have been at the beach all day and just want to do something easy for dinner like I said..I think we covered everything haha Or everything you need if you want to cook a roast or just do a barbie.

Upstairs has three bedrooms. Bed configurations are 1 queen bed, 1 double and 2 single beds.

Downstairs has a large rumpus room that has bunks. Double on the bottom and single on top. You have your own separate bathroom downstairs.

Our backyard is secure with a colourbond fence, so you know the kids are safe to play in the backyard while you kickback enjoying a few drinks with friends out on the large undercover deck.

Upstairs has a large balcony with BBQ if you fancy looking out onto the street. If you look closely you might spot a kangaroo on the golf course.

We have a large table to eat at and have a high chair if you need it.

A portacot is also supplied if you need it. All beds have a mattress protector, doona and cover, pillows with pillow protectors. All you need to bring is your sheets, pillowcases and towels.

Please take note that as the house is two story, we do have stairs/balcony etc. Close supervision is a must and strongly encouraged for small children.
