It has an open plan lounge and kitchen area with sliding glass doors leading out to the timber decking and beautiful private garden.
The fully fenced backyard is lovely and green, great for kids and pets and the timber decking is a perfect place to relax while listening to the sound of the ocean.
It's decked out with sun lounges, a large table with 8 chairs and a 4 burner gas BBQ.
The house is perfectly laid out all on one level with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Can sleep up to 9 people.
2 bedrooms with queen size beds and one has en ensuite, one bedroom has a double bed plus a chair that folds out to an extra single bed, this room has also an ensuite, the other bedroom has 2 single beds.
There's also a portable baby cot, high chair and baby bath for the little ones.
The room with the sofa bed has its own bathroom and TV and DVD player. A few inhouse movies are provided.
There are 3 reversible air conditioning units to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.
It's a fantastic winter escape with the fire place, in front of the lounge, for cosy evenings during the colder months.
The kitchen got all the inclusions you need to cook up a feast, including an espresso machine with capsules provided.
Culburra Beach is a picturesque 2.5 hour drive from Sydney CBD and approx 3 hours from Canberra.
Culburra Beach has remained non-comercial and it's the perfect place to relax and unwind, but also offer you a variety of activities to everyones needs.
Local Attractions and Activities
Just take your towel and stroll down the road wich will take you to the beach in less than 2 minutes.
Enjoy the beach with swimming, surfing, body boarding, snorkeling, windsurfing or fishing.
Orient Point & Crookhaven are also great spots for fishing. However, if you prefer to buy rather than catch the fish, at Greenwell Point you can buy excellent seafood.
If you enjoy bushwalking, Morton & Conjola National Parks are only a short drive away.
The local shops are only 1 km away where you can do all your grocery shopping with Woolworth around the corner and a great butcher for the meat lovers.
