Alternatively, head down the road to Lake Woolumboola and take in some still water activities. The property is family oriented and suitable for a large family get together or 2 families wanting to share. The property can sleep up to 10 guests with expansive 180 degree ocean and beach views from the upstairs living area and balcony. Entertaining your large family is easy in the open plan kitchen with 2 drawer dishwasher, modern cooking appliances, and extras such as coffee machine, popcorn maker, blender and sandwich maker to name a few.
Level one has 1 queen bedroom, rumpus room with assorted books, games, TV, futon lounge and bar area as well as a small home gym setup. This leads out to a good sized fully fenced grassed backyard and glass fenced in ground pool. Washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities are provided in the laundry and a separate shower and toilet are also on this level.
Level 2 consists of three bedrooms, main with king bed and ensuite, walk in robe and luxury deep bath to relax in, The open plan kitchen is well equipped and looking out over the living area with gas fireplace, large screen TV and onto the dining area which has large glass doors leading you out onto a wide wrap around deck. Lay back on the large lounges, enjoy bbqs and drinks while relaxing and looking out over the in-ground swimming pool and onto the views that take in Warrain Beach, Currarong and the headland.
Relax and enjoy whilst watching out for whales, seals and dolphins that can often be spotted from the house. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs including the ensuite with bath plus a third toilet Downstairs there is another bathroom with shower and toilet. Heaters are provided in every bedroom and ceiling fans and pedestal fans are located throughout the house giving comfort with both winter and summer bookings.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests this includes day visitors above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

This property is NOT pet friendly.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
