"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special- This property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.

Key features - Banyon is great accommodation for up to two families or even the big extended family with the main house sleeping eightand also separate apartment on the roadside of the property sleeping a further two. The house is modern with a large beachfront reserve on the ocean side and has Austar TV.
Configuration - Banyon is a double storey home with a one bedroom cottageon the road side of the property. In the main house upstairs there is one queen bedroom, ensuite withbath spa jetsinoperative, study and living area opening onto a large deck with ocean views. Downstairs there are three more queen bedrooms, a shared main bathroom, two living areas, and a well equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher. The living area downstairs opens up onto a large deck with outdoor setting and gas BBQ.
The one bedroom apartment is very spacious and has one queen bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen and a lounge room.
Outdoors - A large partly fenced grass area on the ocean side of the propertybacks on to a reserve. Follow the grass track to access the beach. There are multiple decks at this property, a large one with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ that opens up from the downstairs living area and two bedrooms, another upstairs that opens from the living area, study and bedroom and also one off the apartment.
Heating and cooling - Banyon has reverse-cycle air conditioning in the living areas of both the main house and the apartment, there are also various portable fans through out the house.
For the cooler months there isgas heating in the main house and a large fan heater in the apartment.
Linen -Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking - There are four off street, open- air parking spaces on the driveway on the road side of the property.
Pets -Banyon is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
A pet surcharge of $50 applies
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
Part of the yard is fully fenced to the road
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to threenights on long weekends, fournights at Easter and sevennight blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/ WiFi - Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay
