The master bedroom is the ultimate retreat with plenty of light and space, perfect for relaxing with a book or simply taking some time out. The ensuite is luxurious and private with a large corner bath. There are 3 more generous sized bedrooms at the front of the house, all with built in wardrobes.
Lou’s Folly is serviced by two reverse cycle air conditioners giving comfort all year round. There are also ceiling fans in the main bedroom and a second living area.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine and many other appliances to make your cooking experience at Lou’s Folly an easy one. The island bench provides extra space for both seating for meals and food preparation. The washing machine and dryer are hidden away at the end of the kitchen behind bi-fold doors.
