Shirley has been the family holiday home for many years and now that we have moved on it is being offered to other families to enjoy. It offers basic, clean, comfortable accommodation to families not looking for all the mod cons but want to be close to the water
So close to the beach you can wander down the road in nothing more than your swimmers. Our street leads directly to the beach and lake, you can hear the waves from the house.
Upstairs are two bedrooms being the queen and single room, main with ensuite. Spacious lounge room leading out onto the front balcony. TV, DVD and a DVD library to choose from. The kitchen and dining room are open plan and lead out onto the enclosed sunroom which then has stairs leading down to the backyard and entertainment area.
Downstairs is a further 2 large bedrooms with queen and double. There is also a second kitchen area down here making a perfect set up for 2 families. The laundry has washing machine and dryer and attached to this is a bathroom with shower and toilet.
There's a huge living/games room downstairs also and if you want you can play a tune on the piano and have a group sing along.
The fully fenced garden lawn is great for games - and there is plenty of off street parking. A wide side gate can accommodate your boat and trailer and there are loads of fabulous fishing spots nearby.
Beach and lake each entry is just a few minutes walk from the house. There's always somewhere cool or sunny to relax in this well-sited property. Stretch out with the morning papers on the deck or enjoy the sea breeze from the upstairs balcony. Dogs welcome.
The house is configured for either a large family, two families or a group of friends including singles and couples.
Kick off your shoes and really unwind in our much-loved beach house. It's comfort all the way but with no 5-star pretensions that can get in the way of really feeling at home.

Linen Service available to book. All beds will be freshly made for your arrival. The service includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels. If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact our bookings team for a quote.
If you dont book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds. BYO beach towels

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
Directions to the property and Key/Access details will be emailed to the guest at 4pm two days prior to arrival

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests this includes day visitors above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am
Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks

This property will consider bookings for "schoolies". However, these bookings can only be made by contacting HRS directly - a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a $2000 cash bond is payable 7 days prior to the stay
