Culburra Beach is in the national park of the Shoalhaven region of the South Coast. It is a quintessional beachside town surrounded on three-sides by water - the surf beach, the river and Lake Wollumboola.
The classic Beach house is on one level and a 2 minute bare foot walk from the surf beach.
Polished floor boards throughout, light filled open plan living area leads onto a a timber deck and grassed area for alfresco dining. The style and bedroom configuration is perfect for a family. Two queen bedrooms and one twin bedroom and single bunks in the garden room all share a large showeroom. There is also a warm outdoor shower in the garden. The kitchen overlooks the lounge and dining space and opens to the deck and backyard. The utility room has a large refrigerator, washing machine and dryer.
The fenced backyard has plenty of room for the gas BBQ, ping pong table, kids to play and family dog to roam securely. The separate bunk room is great for a teenage retreat.
The atmosphere is casual and relaxed with trees over hanging the house for shade and the sound of the surf just over the sand dune 2 minutes walk away.
The house is pet friendly and your dog will just adore the freedom to run leash free on Culburra Beach.
From Sydney, Culburra Beach is an easy 180km drive south approximately 2.5hrs. Take the M1 motorway in the direction: Wollongong, Berry, & Nowra. Entering the outskirts of Nowra stay on the Princes Highway, go over the river Bridge, and thru 3 roundabouts before taking a left hand turn onto Kalandar Street in the direction of Currawong, & Greenwell Point. Follow all signs to Culburra Beach which is about 16km east of Nowra.
The Classic Beach House is yours alone to enjoy but the property manager is available by phone should you have any queries at anytime. There is also a house manual on the kitchen bench which has detailed information on the property and should answer any questions.

The national park with abundant wildlife meets the pristine, crystal clear surf beach, home to the bottle-nose dolphins. Fabulous walks along the beaches are very special but you will need your car to explore further afield in the beautiful northern Shoalhaven towns and coastal villages.

All supplies can be found in Nowra but the well stocked Woolworths in Culburra will satisfy most holiday food requirements.
