The property can comfortably sleep up to 9 people and house 3 cars. The house is stylish and very comfortable with all the modern conveniences and appliances. The living area is open, inviting and well-lit and aerated, always holding a comfortable temperature year round. It has 3 bedrooms, a modern stone bench top kitchen and 3 bathrooms renovated in 2013. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds and there are 3 single beds in the third bedroom. A sofa bed in the lounge sleeps 2 people.
LIVING AREA & ENTERTAINMENT
Three couches in the large lounge room can easily accommodate all guests to watch a 42" plasma TV/DVD. We cater to everyone's TV interests so there is another flat screen TV with a built-in DVD player to make everyone happy. The house is packed with sport games and other entertainment – table tennis, pool/air hockey table and foosball are available to our guests.
DINING & OUTDOORS
The outside area is sheltered and puts you in the prime position to enjoy the scenery in any weather at any time. The outdoor dining table as seen in the cover photo is modern, sturdy and seats 8 people. Next to the dining table, there is a barbecue area equipped with a four burner barbecue. We also provide sun lounges and other outdoor furniture to relax and sunbake. The hot/cold outside shower is installed for your convenience to rinse sand off after being on the beach or just cool down.
The renowned golden sand Culburra Beach is within walking distance from the property. Stretching over 4 kilometres and with flagged areas patrolled by lifeguards, this beach is a paradise for families, swimmers, surfers and fishermen alike.
FOOD & SHOPPING
The property is situated in a convenient location by being close to the beach and yet having easy access to the Town and Shopping Centre. This means that Culburra's cafés, restaurants, the Bowling & Recreation Club, Woolworths constructed in 2011, a beach shop and other local shops are within a 2 minute leisurely walk from the property. There is no need to panic if you forgot some supplies or just want some fresh bread because Woolworths always comes in handy - it is literally around the corner There is also a movie and video game rental store where all the new releases are available.
And if you are a seafood lover, the property is only a short drive to Greenwell Point where you are able to indulge in the freshest oysters and other seafood. Greenwell Point houses "Pelican Rocks" Seafood Restaurant & Café famous for its delicious food - a great place to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy beautiful waterfront views.
