We are absolute oceanfront with direct access to the beautiful Warrain Beach from our backyard. All the natural beauty of the South Coast is at the door step of our private cottage.
Beach and Lake Getaway is an original beach house and has been in our family for many years. Located among the sand dunes of Warrain Beach. Though there are no views from the house, there is direct beach access from the back yard through a gate with a track leading onto the beach;it is the idyllic beach haven.
Beach and Lake Getaway offers privacy and that old world feel with a casual environment for relaxed family holiday living. We want our guests to come back again and again to share our holiday home as we do, to mark special occasions and create wonderful beach side memories.
Culburra Beach is one of the few places left in NSW where houses are built right on the sand. No roads to cross Often not a soul to be seen between you and your ocean swim. Close to a patrolled beach and quiet cove for younger swimmers. Lake Wollumboola isonly 5 houses away.
The kitchen is well appointed with crockery, pots and pans, sharp knives and glassware. There is a built in BBQ in the back yard, outdoor setting and umbrella for shade.
We have spent a lot of family time at the property and would like to share it with you. It may not be the most modern of properties, in fact far from it, as it is our original family beach house.
Beach andLake Getaway is an ideal haven for any couple up to 3 x couples, and it's also suitable for a family. Wake in the morning and take a long, leisurely walk along the beach watching the dolphins play in the waves.
There's whale and dolphin watching tours available.
We are close to lakes, national parks, abundant wildlife,boating, surfing, fishing andfine dining all in a sleepy, traditional and unspoilt holiday town.
We hope you will fall in love with Culburra as we have, and enjoy the house, the beach, the ambience and the laid back unspoilt holiday town with easy access to everything you need including Woolworths.

Linen Service full property, all beds $280 per stay. All beds will be freshly made for your arrival. The service includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats and hand towels. If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact the property manager for a quote. Please advise at time of booking if you would like to book the linen service or if you will be bringing you own linen. If you don't book the linen service then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests this includes day visitors above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.Â
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.Â
Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks or any illegal activities.Â Â
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.Â
This property is NOT pet friendly.Â
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.Â Â
WiFiÂ is not guaranteed. This is a service offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge for thisÂ serviceÂ we will attempt to fix issues as they arise but cannot be held accountable.Â
For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.Â
