While still maintaining its "beach house" charm, Beach Break on Bowery has a contemporary but relaxed feel. Each room is light and airy with high ceilings and skylights whilst providing generous spaces to relax including three separate living areas. The fully equipped kitchen including gas cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine and more flows onto the main living area where in the colder months you can enjoy a glass of red sitting in front of the gas fireplace. The casual sitting room has second TV and an assortment of games.
A separate dining area is perfect for family meals or entertaining or choose the relaxed veranda atmosphere for casual dining and entertaining this room is fully screened for year-round njoyment.
You will sleep in comfort in one of the three bedrooms that have been thoughtfully furnished. Two contain queen beds and the other has a king bed which is able to be split into 2 king singles at your request, please arrange this with the office prior to your stay. One queen room and the king are both located upstairs, the third bedroom, living, kitchen, dining and bathroom are all on the lower level. Each of the bedrooms has its own access on to a deck where you can enjoy morning coffee whilst watching and listening to the local birds and listening to the sound of the surf.
Unwind on the outdoor lounge looking out over the sunny north facing backyard andand wash off after a day on the beach in the private outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
There is also an internal laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board. Ramp access to the front deck gives ease of access to the house. The bathroom has shower, toilet and vanity, there is also a separate second toilet in the house
Approximately 100 metres to the most beautiful beach you will have the opportunity to wander on. Beach Break on Bowery has its own street beach entry, so no roads to cross or corners to turn just stroll east for a minute or so and you are on the Pacific Ocean.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
Directions to the property and Key/Access details will be emailed to the guest at 4pm two days prior to arrival.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests this includes day visitors above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
This property is NOT pet friendly.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
There is no Wifi at this property.
For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
