A highlight is the huge screened timber deck with a leafy outlook – the ideal place to have a morning cuppa amongst the chattering of birds. Raglan Cottage is a cosy, comfortable and well equipped 3 bedroom beach house. Enjoy barbecues on the deck and watch the sunset over Curley's Bay. Wake up to water views from the king and queen bedrooms. Children can play in the old bus. Linen is included and late check-out offered where possible - please ask.
Located in a quiet cul de sac with plenty of trees and greenery, Raglan Cottage is secluded, peaceful and backs onto Curley's Bay - the river. You are 5 minutes, 500 metres walk from dog friendly Culburra Beach. If bringing pets please note the backyard is not fully fenced. There are shops and cafes in the village, including a Woolworth's supermarket. Birds are abundant - we regularly see kookaburras, rosellas and wading birds in the yard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, and well stocked with plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, basic pantry items and cleaning products. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet and hand basin.
Launch your canoes from the nearby boat ramps at Crookhaven Heads or Orient Point.
Fans and heaters will keep you feeling comfortable. Television, DVD player and movies - not Blu-ray, board games and books
Bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds, bed linen and electric blankets. Bedroom 1: King bed; Bedroom 2: Queen bed; Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds. Towels, face cloths, bathmat and tea towels also included. You need to bring your own beach towels.
Culburra Beach is a picturesque 2.5 hour drive from both the Sydney CBD and Canberra. The town is the perfect place to relax and unwind, but also offers you a variety of activities.

Walks on 4km of dog friendly Culburra Beach or enjoy the beach with swimming, surfing, body boarding, snorkeling, windsurfing. Warrain Beach, another popular surf beach, is 3.5km away
Fishing both river and ocean. Orient Point & Crookhaven are also great spots for fishing, or wharf fishing at night on the Shoalhaven River. If you prefer to buy rather than catch the fish, you will find excellent seafood at the at Nowra Fresh Fish and Meat Market or great fish and chips at Pelican Rocks Cafe in Greenwell Point
