Your great holiday escape is 6 kms south of Batemans Bay, with shops and other beaches in close proximity. Batemans Bay is 4 hours drive south of Sydney and 1 1/2 hours drive east of Canberra or Goulburn.
This beach house is 200 metres or 2 minutes walk from Denhams Beach, along a meandering dirt track with tall trees and flowering shrubs among the clifftop views. The beach is sheltered by rocky headlands, with good sized surf most afternoons. Swim out among the dolphins in the early morning, or enjoy a short stroll along the beach and around the headland to popular Surf Beach which is surf patrolled in summer. Several neighbouring beaches will delight you with big surf for the adventurous or quieter waters for young children.

This inviting two-level 3 bedroom townhouse sleeps 6 adults. The bedrooms are newly and tastefully decorated and the new comfortable beds have mattress protectors, pillows and doonas. Bring your own sheets, pillow cases, bathroom and beach towels although these can be supplied for a small fee. Please note that cleaning at the end of short stays is arranged for a reasonable fee although it incurs a surcharge during December/January, to allow you to enjoy the holiday in full until you arrive back to your everyday home.
Your holiday home has two comfortable lounges, television, DVDs, board games and a range of books awaiting you. You will also find that the large dining room / kitchen / breakfast bar caters well for groups. Enjoy a BBQ out the back on the balcony with views after a tiring day in the water. Two roomy bathrooms, one with a bath, and a third guest powder room, also relieve the queues for refreshing showers after the beach . The home has been tastefully furnished with full and easy self-care cooking and washing facilities. Alternatively, enjoy your holiday by getting to know your local area.
Only 300m from the home, in the opposite direction to the beach, are three take-away/eat-in options: Thai, pizza and pasta. As well as an IGA supermarket.
Great butcher, seafood, and fruit & vegie shops are 3 kms up the road, towards Batemans Bay, at Batehaven. For the best coffee and bakery in the local area, try the Batehaven Bakehouse, or if you enjoy a view with your meal, try By The Beach at Malua Bay.
After a relaxing swim and surf, soaking up the sun on the sand, exercising your toes along the beach or walking through nearby bush tracks, you might like to explore other delights of the Batemans Bay area.
