Configuration - Werri Villa is a single level home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two with double beds and one with 2 single beds. There is an ensuite off the main bedroom with shower, vanity and toilet and a main bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet.
The living/kitchen and dining areas are spacious and open-plan with high ceilings. The living area has comfy sofas and chairs, a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and Bose iPod/iPhone dock, in the dining area is a table and chairs to seat 6 people.
The kitchen is modern with electric oven and hotplates; fridge/freezer; microwave oven; dishwasher; cupboards stocked with crockery, glassware and cutlery; and Expressi coffee machine with a complementary box of capsules additional capsules can be purchased at Aldi stores. There is also a laundry with a tub, washing machine and dryer is in the garage.
Outdoors - At the front of the property, tri-fold doors open from the living/dining area onto a large enclosed courtyard and deck where there is a dining table and seating for 10, an outdoor shower, and electric BBQ this is stored in the garage. Level entry provides easy access for a stroller or wheelchair. At the back of the property there is another deck with views over the lagoon

Linen - Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for 2 cars on the driveway at the front of the house

Minimum stay - There is a minimum 3 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Year’s Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access - This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that we or the owner cannot guarantee 100 that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
