Saltash and the Boat shed is situated near the North end of Werri beach, it is minutes away from the protected waters of Werri Lagoon, a favourite family bathing spot and the start of the stunning Kiama Coastal Walk. There's an off-leash beach area for dogs nearby, a children's playground and a cycle track that runs the entire length of Werri beach.
Key features - Saltash and the Boat shed is suitable for couples and families - It can accommodate 5 couples,or 2 families in the 2 separate dwellings. Ithas great outdoor entertaining areas perfect for socialising, lazy breakfasts and evening sundowners. Visit the many wineries in the area, pull on your walking boots for the Kiama Coastal Walk or bring your golf clubs and play on one of the many local courses.Don't forget to bring your bikes. Theres an excellent bike/walking track right outside your door. Minnamurra Rainforest and Jamberoo Action Park are only about 20 min away by car.
Configuration - Saltash and The Boat shed is made up of two separate dwellings. The main house has 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and two bedrooms with two single beds or they can be joined together to make a king bed. There is one bathroom with a shower and bath, and a separate toilet.
Also in the main house there is a spacious kitchen with gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and capsule coffee machine Aldi, Open-plan dining and lounge area with digital TV, DVD and CD player,dining table with seating for 8 people plus 2 extra folding chairs and a separate rumpus room with games, toys, digital TV, DVD.
The Boat shed can be rented at at an extra $150 per night, it has one bedroom with 2 long single beds or this can be made a a king bed. In the living/kitchen/dining area there is aqueen size sofa bed that can sleep 2, a dining table with seating for 4, Digital TV/DVD player, small kitchenette with microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a combined bathroom and laundry with shower, bath, sink, washer and dryer.
Outdoors - Designed for relaxed outdoor entertaining, Saltash has a spacious verandah at the front with outdoor setting for 8 and a fully fenced garden courtyard with BBQ and outdoor setting for 8 at the at rear. Saltash and the Boat shed also has a cold outdoor shower.
Heating and cooling - Saltash and the Boat shed has Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge room, it also has gas heating in the main living area.
Linen -Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking - There is off street parking for 2 cars with a car port for 1 car. The garage is locked and not available for guests use.
Pets - Saltash and the Boat shedis a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:

Two stainless steel dog bowls are provided. Please wash them prior to your departure
Minimum stay -There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access -This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that we or the owner cannot guarantee 100 that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
Please note - The main house sleeps 6 guests, the boat shed sleeps another 4 and is an extra $150 per night
