Configuration - 32 Werri Blue is a single level cottage with a garden area.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The 2nd bedroom can be made up as a King bed, single bed and a trundle or 4 single beds, the 3rd bedroom can be used as a bedroom or media room. There is a main bathroom with a deep bathtub, an ensuite and an external laundry with shower and toilet.
The main living room, well-equipped kitchen and dining area is open plan with a gas fireplace. There is also a second living area or media room which can be used as a 3rd bedroom. There is a front deck with a day bed and outdoor dining table and also a back garden with under cover BBQ area, outdoor furniture and table tennis facilities.
Outdoors -Fully fenced tropical backgarden with undercover entertaining area, BBQ and table tennis facilities, perfect for entertaining.There is also a grassed area out the front of the property, enjoy the day bed on the front deck while watching the kids play or have breakfast using the second outdoor setting. Access to the beach and cycle/walking path is directly across the road
Heating and cooling -32 Werri Blue has a gas fireplace and ceiling fans in the main living room. The windows can be opened up in summer to let sea breezes through the property.
Linen -Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking -There is off street, open air parking for 2 - 3 cars on the gravel driveway to the left of the house. The garage is for owners use and is not available to guests. Please do not park on the grass at the front of the property.

Minimum stay -There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
