It has 5 bedrooms all are thoughtfully detailed with modern comforts;the master bedroom at the far end of the home is beyond spacious: with king-sized bed, bedside tables and lights, built in wardrobes and ensuite, bedroom 2 with queen-sized bed, walk-in robe, bedside table, bedside light, bedroom 3 with queen-sized bed, a trundle bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside table, bedside light, bedroom 4 with double-sized bed, built-in robe, bedside table, bedside light and bedroom 5: with king single bunk 2 king single beds plus king single trundle, bedside table, bedside light.
There are 3 bathrooms;the ensuite to main bedroom with a 2 person bath with a magnificent view over the ocean, shower over the bath, vanity and toilet, the second bathroom with shower, cast iron bathtub, vanity. Separate toilet and the third bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet also has Laundry: washer/dryer, tub, iron and ironing board.
To the left of the entry is an entertainment area with pool table and sound system, straight ahead is the open plan lounge room with leather sofas around a large flat screen TV and wood fired combustion heater. Beyond that is the dining table to seat 10 and tri fold doors that open the whole side of the living area to the outdoor cocktail deck scattered with sun lounges.
Behind the living area in this open plan area is the modern gourmet kitchen with stainless steel counter tops, AEG oven and Delonghi electric hob, Fisher and Paykel dish drawer dishwasher, large fridge with iced water, microwave, Italian Bezzara Magica espresso machine please bring your own ground coffee breakfast bar and stools.
Outdoors - Full farm fence with a secure coded front gate, this property offers privacy and luxury.
At the back of the property is a landscaped entertainment area and 15 m saltwater pool with glass fencing and sun lounges. Split-level manicured gardens with sandstone retaining walls surround the pool and the outdoor firepit is the perfect spot to entertain
A relaxing deck with undercover dining table for 10 and large gas BBQ overlooks the pool, there is also a huge trampoline for the kids.

Pets - Seacliff House is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
A pet surcharge of $50 applies
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
The property is not fenced for a dog and is surrounded by farmland, farm animals and cars on the highway so pets must be closely supervised at all times.
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
Minimum stay -There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends and for weddings,4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access -This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that we or the owner cannot guarantee 100 that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
