Renfrew House is one of the few homes on Renfrew Road which boasts direct lagoon frontage and views to Rose Valley out one window, and views to the ocean from the other – all from the ground level kitchen.
Built in 2015, the brand new five bedroom Renfrew House provides relaxed beachside living with no fuss polished concrete floors in the kitchen and timber floors in the living area, large light filled spacious living and sleeping areas, a 2 minute stroll down Moore street to Werri Beach and a 15 minute wander to the main hub of Gerringong.
The property has its own private jetty so you can canoe or stand up paddle board down the lagoon, all while enjoying the variety of bird life which fill its manicured native gardens. Enjoy the hot water outdoor shower after a surf or swim. Send the kids down to the trampoline and swing set while you prepare dinner and watch over them from the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the back yard.
The house sleeps a maximum of 10 guests. Additional guests at $30.00 per person, per night.

The fully equipped kitchen has top of the range SMEG appliances and dishwasher, island bench, gas stove with plenty of storage.
5 burner Cooktop, double door fridge, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, sandwich press, cutlery, cooking utensils and everything you could possibly need if you feel like you want to cook up a storm.
LIVING AREAS AND ENTERTAINMENT
The living areas, including the kitchen, meals, dining and living room have been designed in a split level open plan arrangement with floor to ceiling glass windows to maximise the westerly aspect and opens directly onto the entertainment alfresco area and lawns. There is a TV in the living room with access to Netflix. Also enjoy wifi access throughout.
An undercover BBQ area, outdoor dining to enjoy the beach side living. This area is well protected from the elements so you can enjoy the wonderful sunshine in your own backyard.
No pets allowed.
A deposit of 50% must be received within 2 days after the Booking is taken. Bookings are not confirmed unless and until this deposit is received. Payment in full must be received no later than 3 weeks prior to your arrival.
A bond payment of $1000.00 is required at the same time as the outstanding balance of your booking. It will be credited to your designated payment method once our property has been inspected and deemed left in a similar state to your arrival. We agree to ensure this occurs within 7 working days of your departure.Any damage, loss or expense incurred by Management as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared.
Please ensure payments are made within the specified time limits or the Booking will be cancelled
automatically without notice or liability to you.
We accept payment by direct deposit into our bank account. Our bank details will be advised to you.
CANCELLATIONS: A minimum 6 weeks written notice is required for cancellation, and additionally, an alternative booking for the same period must be received for a full refund to be given. No exceptions will be allowed.
