Configuration - On Point is a luxurious ground floor apartment with its own private lap pool. Head down the driveway to the On Point property sign and open the double wooden doors to enter your private paradise. Please note, while the owners live in the home upstairs, they offer their guests complete privacy in the apartment downstairs and private use of the swimming pool.
On Point has 2 living areas, the first contains a flat screen TV and DVD player, with a modular charcoal sofa and chaise, the second open plan living/dining area runs along the side of the apartment overlooking the lap pool. It has large glass windows, a dining table to seat 4, modular sofa with ottoman and galley kitchen with microwave convection oven no oven or cooktop, a half size dishwasher, electric frypan, toaster, kettle, and Aldi coffee machine pods supplied
There is one queen bedroom overlooking the pool with TV and wardrobe and one bathroom with a stone floor, large shower, vanity and toilet.
Outdoors - On Point is set in a lush Balinese-style garden. Outside on the undercover terrace, there are 2 sun loungers, a large gas BBQ, and swinging egg chair. The 19 metre saltwater lap pool is fully fenced with two further sun lounges overlooking the pool.
Heating and cooling - On Point has gas heating throughout and electric blankets to keep you warm in winter. There are large sliding doors that can be opened up to let in the ocean breeze in Summer.
Linen - Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen, bath towels, pool towels and two bath robes are provided at this property.
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for 1 car on the driveway, and more parking available across the road in the public parking area.

Minimum stay - There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Year’s Day public holidays.
Internet/WIFI access - This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that we or the owner cannot guarantee 100 that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
