Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and the living, dining and kitchen area.
Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and views to the ocean, bedroom 2 has a double bed with views to the back garden, bedroom 3 has a queen bed and glass doors that lead onto the front deck.There is alsoone bathroomwithbath, shower, vanity area and separate toilet.
The living room has comfy lounges, large flat screen TV with DVD and USB so guests can bring movies, music system with iPod Dock, and dining table to seat 8 and combustion wood fire place. Thekitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.
Downstairs - Downstairs is theentry foyer thatleads to aliving room with TV/DVD, comfortable sofas and a collection of DVDs, books, and games, there is also a bathroom/laundry with washing machine, dryer, shower and toilet.
Outdoors - Spacious deck at the front of the propertywith viewsacross grazing pastures to Boat Harbour and the Pacific Ocean. There is anoutdoor setting with table and 8 chairs.
The back of the property has a large north facing deck with table and chairs for 6 people and direct access into the fenced back garden.
Heating and cooling - There is a combustion wood fireplace in the upstairs living room and ceiling fans for the warmer months
Linen -Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking -There is off street, open air parking for 2 cars on the driveway, The garage is locked and not available for guest use.
Pets - Harbour Deck is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
A pet surcharge of $50 applies
Small dogs only are permitted inside
Please bring your own bedding
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
The property is fully fenced
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
Minimum stay -There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access -This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that we or the owner cannot guarantee 100 that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
