Laundry and Toilet: separate toilet accessed from laundry. Laundry has tub, washing machine, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop, broom and iron.

Kitchen: Westinghouse electric stove and cooktop, Samsung small fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, Delonghi coffee pod machine and milk frother, Breville jaffle maker, glasses, crockery, cutlery, bowls, platters, chopping boards, saucepans and frypan. Please note: No Dishwasher, No Microwave.

Walk through the glass sliding doors from the living area to a beautiful back deck and garden with cedar outdoor table and chairs. Close by is the Gas Everdure BBQ and gas bottle, all ready for you to BBQ dinner after a great day at the beach or exploring wineries.
The front garden is fully enclosed and has a child lock on the high fence. Guests have use of the garage.
