The Werri Shack is located in a quiet street and is just a very brief walk to the beach or village centre. This contemporary beach shack and its layout has chill, relax, fun written all over it and with two living areas, the balcony with BBQ, a secondary outdoor area with additional dining area and day bed offers space to relax, escape or simply enjoy good times with family and friends. Two televisions, Foxtel not including sports channels, Sonos Sound, unlimited wifi, playstation, table tennis, day beds and the mandatory surfboard rack, all add to the comfort and charm
Configuration - Three bedrooms - two bedrooms upstairs offering one king size and one king size that can be split into two king singles by arrangement at booking time. These have ceiling fans.
The kitchen is well equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave and has a severy window opening up to the deck.
Downstairs offers one bedroom with two singles and a trundle and the living area on this level has two day beds. Quality linen is provided.
Bathrooms and separate toilets are located on both levels with the downstairs bathroom accommodating both a washing machine and dryer.
Bedding configuration- please note that one of the upstairs bedrooms can be spilt into two singles or can be left in the default configuration of a king bed. Please let us know a preference at the time of making your booking.
Outdoors - Werri Shack has a spacious undercover back deck off the kitchen dining area and overlooking a fenced garden. There is a large timber table with chairs, sun lounger and gas BBQ.Downstairs there is a large sliding door opening to an undercover outdoor deck with dining table and chairs and a very comfortable daybed. The garden is fully enclosed to keep your pet safe.
Heating and cooling - There is a gas fire in the upstairs living room, andheaters are provided to keep you warm in winter. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms to keep you cool in summer
Linen -Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for twocars on the driveway.
Pets - The Werri Shack is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
Pets must be declared at time of booking
Please BYO pet bedding, bowls, etc
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
The yard is fully fenced, and there is an off leash zone on Werri Beach as well as a selection of dog exercise areas located throughout the region
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access - This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100 that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
Please note - The back deck at this property has wire fencing which is unsuitable for toddlers.
