Configuration -JJ's apartment has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ideal for 3 couples travelling together, or 3 singles who require their own rooms. Two king rooms and one queen all with views of the ocean.

The open plan kitchen and living areas are on the ground floor. There is a modern kitchen with gas cooking, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, full complement of glasses crockery etc. Combinded lounge and dining room thatopens up to the balcony and ocean views.Tinted Grey glass windows afford extra privacy without impacting your view.The underground garage houses the laundry complete with washing machine and dryer with internal access to the property.

Outdoors - Spacious balcony with magnificant views of Werri Beach with table and chairs for 6 and BBQ.

Heating and cooling -JJ's apartment makes the most of a sunny northerly aspect, offering plenty of warmth during winter and ducted air conditioning to keep you cool in summer.

Linen -Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel

Parking - There is parking located underneath the apartment in a double garage with internal access.

Minimum stay -There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January

Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays

Internet/Wifiaccess - This property provides complimentary wifi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that we or the owner cannot guarantee 100 that the wifi will work, and no compensation will be payable it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
