"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special- This property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "4for 5" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.
Location -Amaroo is located very centrally in Gerringong with Werri beach only a ten minute walk or four minute drive away. The main street of Gerringong is also within walking distance or a two minute drive away - with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants to choose from. Osborne Street is a quiet pocket of the town.

Key features - Amaroo is a great affordable property,within easy walking distance of the beach. The property has recently been renovated, is freshly painted throughout and fitted with modern appliances. There is a great deck for outdoor entertaining options and a fully fenced large backyard.
Configuration - Amaroo is a double storey home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two living areas.
Upstairs there is a king room with built in robe and sliding doors to the balcony, another room with a tri- bunk and built in robe, and a bathroom with shower, bath, vanity and toilet. Also on this level is the open plan kitchen/living area and dining room.
The living room has a comfortable couch, large flat screen smart TV, Bose sound system and sliding doors that open up to the deck. The kitchen is modern and fully stocked with an oven, two burner stove top, fridge, dishwasher, slow cooker, stick bender, Delonghi pod coffee machine pods provided and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Downstairs is a second living area with a second entrance. The living area has a wrap around couch, big screen smart TV, DVD player,DVD library, games and sliding doors that open to the backyard.
The queen bedroom downstairs is adjacent to the bathroom/laundry with washing machine, dryer, shower, vanity and toilet.
Outdoors -Amaroo has a large entertaining deck off the upstairs living area with two sets of outdoor furniture and a "Weber Q" gas BBQ. Downstairs is a fully fenced yard with another outdoor dining setting and outdoor shower.
Heating and cooling - Amaroo has ceiling fans in both upstairs bedrooms. The bedroom downstairs has a small portable fan. For the cooler months there two reverese cycle air conditioning units in the upstairs and downstairs living rooms, a Delonghi Heater in hallway cupboard upstairs and an outdoor electric heater for use on the balcony. In the backyard you can stay cosy by the firepit
Linen -Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for one car on the parking platform and two more cars on the driveway. Please be aware of the steep driveway. The garage is locked and not available for guest use.
Pets -Amaroo is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
The yard is fully fenced
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
There is an off leash park for dogs at the end of the street and at Werri Beach
Minimum stay -There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access -This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner canguarantee 100 that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
