Configuration - Tasman Drive is a split level home, with 3 levels.
On the ground floor is the open planliving and dining spacewithleather sofas, timber and steel coffee table, large flatscreen TV, DVD player,and stainless steeldining table to seat 6.
The kitchen is modern and sleek and has amicrowave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, induction electric 4 burner cooktop and other quality appliances.
There are 2 bedroomson this level, one with a queen bed and large wooden cot, and the other with a queen bed, and sliding doors onto outdoor terrace, there is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.
On the top floor there is another bedroom with queen bed and views to beach. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet plus an outdoor luxury limestone freestanding bath stainless steel louvres and smoked glass balustrades mean you can bathe outdoors in privacy while enjoying the spectacular view.
The basement floor is designed for the kids and has a twin bedroom with two single beds, two trundle beds, aTVno aerial and playstation. There is also a games room with pool table, foosball, table tennis and mini foosball table, abathroom with shower, vanity, and toilet, and a laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer.
Outdoors - Tasman Drive has wide marble terraces on all levels. There is outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ. The sunny lawn area is fully fenced andextends from the outdoor entertainment area, it also has an outdoor shower for use after returning from the beach.
Heating and cooling - Tasman Drivecan be opened up in summerto take in the ocean breeze. There aredimplex electric heaters on the walls, anelectric fireplace in the games room, and an outdoor heater on the balcony.
Linen -Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking -There is off street, open air parking for 3 cars on the driveway and parking platform. Please note- the property has a steep driveway. There is also a parking bay across the road
Pets -Tasman Drive is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
Small non shedding dogs only
A pet surcharge of $50 applies
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
The yard is fully fenced
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
Minimum stay -There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WiFi access -This property provides complimentary wifi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that we or the owner cannot guarantee 100 that the wifi will work, and no compensation will be payable if it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
Please note -
This property has secuirty cameras positioned outside the house and inside the garage for security. There are also 2 internal cameras: one in the bedroom downstairs can help you keep an eye on your sleeping or playing children while you are upstairs in the living room. The other camera is not in operation during guest stays.
Covers can be placed over the internal cameras if you would prefer. Please let us know your wishes.
