Location - 90 Ocean's Edge is perched on a cliff at Gerroa giving you uninterrupted views across Seven Mile Beach below. Although you can't access the beach directly from the property, you can walk along the headland for ten minutes to stairs that lead down to the beach. Gerringong is a seven minute minute drive away with a great selection of cafes, shops and some restaurants.

Configuration - 90 Ocean's Edge is a single level property but is built up on posts to take advantage of the view. There is a ramp up to the front door.
There are two bedrooms, one queen bedroom which can open up to the living room and is divided by curtains. The second bedroom is separated from the main bedroom by a screen the house is very open plan This room has two king single beds and one trundle bed. There is a bathroom/laundry with shower and washing machine.
The living, dining and kitchen are all open plan with amazing views of the beach.
Outdoors - The grounds at the back of the property are unfenced and open to a reserve. You can walk along the headland at the back of the property and down to the beach. There is also a deck of the living area with chairs, table and gas BBQ.
Heating and Cooling - 90 Ocean's Edge has reverse cycle air-conditioning for year round comfort. Large sliding doors in the living area can be open up to provide ocean breezes in summer. Portable heaters and fans also provided.
Linen - Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for up to three cars on the driveway to the left of the house. Please be aware the driveway is a little steep.

Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WIFI access - Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay
