This property is Pet friendly. Dogs are allowed with prior approval and the fee is $50. Dogs must be declared on booking otherwise the security deposit will be forfeited. Bring your own bedding and bowls. Dogs are not permitted inside the property but can sleep in the garage or outdoor undercover area, property is not fully fenced.
A refundable security deposit of $300 is required for this property.Charges will only occur if there is any damage, any excess cleaning, or more importantly, any excess noise reported at this property. Please note this is a residential area and any disturbances to neighbouring properties may result in eviction.
Please be aware there is a very steep driveway at this property, however there is ample room in the garage for a family size car to drive in, turn around and leave in a forward motion.
