It is built up on the headland to take advantage of the beautiful ocean views. Seven Mile Beach is a short walk away or stroll up the road to the Blue Simmer cafe and general store.

Configuration - Osprey is a 2 storey family home with terraced front gardens. On the entrance level is the garage which has been converted to a games room with billiard table, TV, books and games. There is also a compact bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms,one with a queen bed, and the others with 2 single beds.
There is one bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet.
The dining and living area are spacious and open plan with a dining table to seat 6, leather lounge suite, HDTV, DVD, and open log fire all leading out to a generous deck.The kitchen is well equipped with electric upright stove, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge and coffee machine.
Outdoors -Terraced front garden with steps from lower parking bay up to the property.Partly fenced, lawned back garden with shady patio area, outdoor setting and gas barbecue.
Heating and cooling - Osprey has electric oil heaters and ceiling fans in each bedroom. There is an open log fire and ceiling fans in the living area.
Linen -Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking - There is adequate off street parking for 3 cars comprising garage, forecourt and lower parking bay.Please be aware there is a very steep driveway at this property, however there is ample room in the garage for a family size car to drive in, turn around and leave in a forward motion.
Pets - Osprey is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
A pet surcharge of $50 applies
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
Part of the yard is fully fenced
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
Minimum stay -There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WIFI access -Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay
