Carmelone is located 2 streets back from the northern end of the famous Seven Mile Beach.
Only a 2 minute walk to the beach or 5 minutes up the road to the Gerroa general store and post office. Gerringong is a 7 minute minute drive away with a great selection of cafes, shops and restaurants.
Key features - Carmelone is in a great location for those that want to be near the family friendly part of Seven Mile Beach. The house is architecturally designed and has great views of the beach.
Configuration - Carmelone is a double storey home, with excellent views. There are 3 bedrooms located across the open deck at the rear of the house.Bedroom 1with a queen bed,ensuite bathroom and doors onto deck, bedroom 2with a double bed and one single bed, and bedroom 3 with a queen bed.
There are 2 bathrooms, an ensuite withshower, vanity and toilet and the main bathroom withbath, shower, vanity and separate toilet.
In the front part of the house is the open plan living, kitchen and dining. The kitchen has anisland bench, stainless steel modern appliances, dishwasher, microwave, and gas oven.
In the living room there is a wood fireplace, 3 comfy couches, aflat screen TV andlarge doors that slide back onto front deck. There is also adownstairs laundry with washing machine, dryer and separate toilet and a table tennis table in the downstairs rumpus room.
Outdoors - Carmelone is unfenced but is surrounded by luscious green lawns. There is an entertainmentdeck at the front of the property with gas BBQ, outdoor table,chairs and 2 sun lounger deck chairs. There is also another deck in between the bedrooms and living/dining/kitchen area.
Heating and cooling - There are ceiling fans in two of the bedrooms, the other room has a portable fan, the living/kitchen dining area has a pedestal fan and canbe opened up to take in the ocean breeze. There is a wood fireplace andheaters in the bedrooms for the cooler months.
Linen -Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking -There is off street, open air parking for 2cars on the driveway at the front of the house.The garage is locked and not available for guest use.

Minimum stay -There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays
Internet WiFi access -Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay
