Configuration - Carmelone is a double storey home, with excellent views. There are three bedrooms located across the open deck at the rear of the house.Bedroom One with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and doors onto deck, Bedroom Two with a double bed and one single bed, and Bedroom Three with a queen bed.
There are two bathrooms, an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet and the main bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet.
The open plan living, kitchen and dining are located at the front of the house.The kitchen has an island bench, stainless steel modern appliances, dishwasher, microwave, and gas oven.In the living room there is a wood fireplace, three comfortable couches, a flat screen TV and large doors that slide back onto front deck. There is also a downstairs laundry with washing machine, dryer and separate toilet and table tennis in the downstairs rumpus room.
Outdoors - Carmelone is unfenced and surrounded by luscious green lawns. There is an entertainment deck at the front of the property with gas BBQ, outdoor table,chairs and two sun lounger deck chairs. There is also another deck between the bedrooms and living/dining/kitchen area.
Heating and cooling - There are ceiling fans in two of the bedrooms, the other room has a portable fan, the living/kitchen dining area has a pedestal fan and canbe opened up to take in the ocean breeze. There is a wood fireplace and heaters in the bedrooms for the cooler months.
Linen - Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for two cars on the driveway at the front of the house.The garage is locked and not available for guest use.

Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
