There is one bathroom in the housewith shower over bath, vanity and separate toilet and another shower and toilet located downstairs in the laundry.
The kitchen, dining and living areas are all open plan, there is a dining recess with long timbertable and chairs, the stylish living area has leather lounge suites, a 40in Smart TV with Netflix, and Foxtel sports package plus a Bose iPod station.
The kitchen is well equipped with a Liebherr Fridge, AEG Oven, Brandt Electric Cooktop microwave, dishwasher, de longhi coffee machine with some pods provided, food processor, blender, and soda stream.
Outdoors - Spacious deck withsun lounges, hanging egg chair,outdoor setting and Weber BBQ.Fully fenced backyard overlooking the ocean and surrounding farmland.
Heating and Cooling -All bedrooms have individual Nobo wall heaters and remote controlled ceiling fans. There is also a wall mounted nobo heater in the living area

Parking -There is off street, open air parking for 2 cars on the driveway. The garage is locked and not available to guests

Minimum stay -There is a minimum 2 night stay for all bookings, which changes to 3 nights on long weekends, 4 nights at Easter and 7 night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January
Peak changeover day -Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Internet/WIFI access -This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that we or the owner cannot guarantee 100 that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if it is problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
