Location -9 2 Surf's Edge is perched on a cliff at Gerroa giving you uninterrupted views across Seven Mile Beach below. Although you can't access the beach directly from the property, you can walk along the headland for ten minutes to stairs that lead down to the beach. Gerringong is a seven minute minute drive away with a great selection of cafes, shops and some restaurants.

Key features - please be aware that92 Surf's Edge is an older build / older style beach house - yet it is casual, comfortable and in a fantastic location - all true to the photos.
Configuration - 92 Surf's Edge is a two storey property with a ramp up to the front door.On the top floor there are twobedrooms, a queen bedroom that opens up to the front deck, a king bedroom and also a bathroom.
There is also an open-plan, air conditioned kitchen/dining/lounge area flowing out to a large deck overlooking Seven Mile Beach Gerroa. Lots of comfortable space for relaxing, spectacular views and only a minute's walk to the beach.
The bottom floor has two bedrooms, one with a tri-bunk single on top, double on bottom and the other with two sets of bunk beds four single beds, and a bathroom/laundry with washing machine.
There is also a second air conditioned living area with large flat screen TV and a kitchenette with sink, cupboards and a second fridge. Perfect for the kids
Outdoors - There is a large 8x4m deck at the back of the property with views looking down the beach, up crooked river and out to Black Head. This deck has an outdoor setting and BBQ plus two Adirondack deck chairs for sitting back and watching the waves. There is another deck at the front of the property which opens up to the main bedroom. Downstairs there is an additional lower shaded deck overlooking the beach.
There is an unfenced grass area at the front of the property. The grounds at the back are unfenced and open to a reserve. You can walk along the headland at the back of the property and down to the beach.
Heating and Cooling - 92 Surf's Edge has reverse - cycle air conditioning in both the upstairs and downstairs living/kitchen and dining areas. There are portable fans throughout the property and the sliding doors can be opened up to take in the ocean breeze.
Linen - Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel
Parking - There is off street, open air parking for twocars on the driveway at the front of the house.

Minimum stay - There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not generally schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
